TAPP members range from institutions of all forms of government, involving individuals from: Federal, State, County, Municipal and township activities, public school systems, colleges, universities, hospitals, commissions, authorities and any other political subdivisions of the State, that hold a membership in NIGP. These individuals spend the majority of their time involved, directly or indirectly, in purchasing, materials management and/or have an influence on the public procurement process. TAPP is a Chapter of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP).
