Attention will be given to the ethical issues facing the profession relevant to the law. In conjunction with NIGP, TAPP provides detailed procurement training for our members. Classes are scheduled periodically throughout the calendar year.
Professional Purchasing Certification The Universal Public Purchasing Certification Council (UPPCC), its Board of Examiners (BOE), and NIGP’s Education and Professional Development Committee developed the Professional Public Buyer (PPB) certificate. Certification is obtained by completing a series of NIGP Professional Procurement Courses and testing.
